This type of agreement is most suitable for small recruitment projects where only 1 or 2 vacancies need to be filled. We take care of the entire process and you only need to chose the most suitable candidate. Our success formula is illustrated by the fact that we work on No Cure No Pay basis.

We attract suitable candidates through advertising and through direct approach, assess all applicants against the criteria provided by the hiring manager, conduct telephone interviews with selected candidates, prepare a written report on the best people and submit that information plus their resume for the review of the hiring manager. 

We stay involved throughout the entire recruitment process, arranging interviews, checking references and assisting with employment condition negotiations if necessary. A 6 month replacement warranty provides you with a degree of assurance and a reasonable time to assess the person's suitability in the role. Should you need a replacement within the warranty period then we will find that replacement for free.

The fee depends on the type of vacancies that you need to fill. As an indication you can expect the fee to range from 20% to 25% of the yearly salary package of the placed candidate. Of course, this is negotiable and we would like to discuss about this during a personal meeting.
