A 6 month replacement warranty provides you with a degree of assurance and a reasonable time to assess the person's suitability in the role. Should you need a replacement within the warranty period then we will find that replacement for free. The fee depends on the type of vacancies that you need to fill. As an indication you can expect the fee to range from 20% to 25% of the yearly salary package of the placed candidate.
