The consultant will use clients’s base change management framework and global Value Realization methodology along with consulting skills, business knowledge, processes, measurements & tools to analyze benefit enablers and required changes to drive value from SAP solutions that transform the client’s business. Responsibilities include: developing a VR client strategy that integrates business and SAP initiatives, establishing benefit opportunities and business cases, aligning business leaders around benefit accountability, developing KPI's and targets and putting in place action plans and tracking mechanisms to ensure ongoing performance improvement. The Value Realization consultant often leads the Value Realization team, integrates with the Organization Change Management workstream, leads client business workshops, manage relationships with client VR/change management counterparts in complex environments. This is a hands-on delivery role, not an account management or business development role. Preferred candidates will have SAP knowledge in one or more business process areas, understanding of Finance concepts, a track record of delivering Value Realization on an SAP engagement, prior consulting experience, with preference to global consulting firms, as well as Distribution Sector industry experience. Required: • Bachelor's Degree • At least 2 years experience in In-depth VR benefit identification and delivery experience • At least 2 years experience in SAP organizational design and transition experience • At least 2 years experience in Creating and executing a VR strategy plan • At least 3 years experience in Developing and executing a business case • At least 3 years experience in Identifying/ rationalizing KPI´s and targets • At least 3 years experience in Establishing benefit actions and integrating with change impacts • At least 3 years experience in Developing and implementing benefit tracking scorecards • At least 3 years experience in Project Management • Readiness to travel up to 50%; travelling 3-4 days a week, home on weekends Preffered: • At least 4 years experience in In-depth VR benefit identification and delivery experience • At least 4 years experience in SAP organizational design and transition experience • At least 4 years experience in Creating and executing a VR strategy plan • At least 4 years experience in Developing and executing a business case • At least 4 years experience in Identifying/ rationalizing KPI´s and targets • At least 4 years experience in Establishing benefit actions and integrating with change impacts • At least 4 years experience in Developing and implementing benefit tracking scorecards at least 4 years experience in Project Management If interested in this job please send your resume/CV in editable format (word, open office) to alex.sateanu@asaprec.com Please also give me an indication of your financial expectations (annual salary package).
