For a global end client based in Belgium, Retail market, we are looking for a Technical Coordinator Digital. Location: Greece Type: Permanent • Be the technical expert of DG hybris solution. Work in relationship with system integrator, participate to design and challenges technical decisions and commercial offers. • Ensure effective collaboration with the other CoE’s, the infrastructure team and the demand organization. • Help in defining the needs for internal technical digital team • Be an active member of the IT Function and contribute to the execution of the IT Europe/Asia strategy • Provide direction and technical expertise to the eITLT and “Demand Side” for his/her function areas • Deliver and report on agreed SLA • Interact with corporate and project team members to negotiate timelines, responsibilities, and deliverable • Proactively identify areas where programs and projects milestone dates are at risk due things like conflicting project, changes in scope etc. • Provide management escalation and communication of major issues • Lead the design and development of business solutions in her/his functional area that are in line with industry best practices and that enable business to drive further benefits. • Ensure the development is done such a way the solution keeps in line with hybris best practices, and can follow the hybris upgrade path. • Follow up hosting provider and monitoring tools and reporting • Ensure to provide uninterrupted communication to resolve issues and evolution of the relevant applications, in order to meet the needs of the organization and to develop new solutions, while providing appropriate support, following specific processes and procedures (Testing, Change Management …). • Keeps up to date documentation and training material about Digital processes implemented, in order to develop/maintain internal best practices and united IT solutions for all the DG’s companies of Europe and Asia. PROFILE Education and training Master Degree in IT or related to functional area. Experience • 5 to 7 years relevant experience in the IT function (application management, solution delivery, technical lead) • Proven track record on business process and/or technical aspects of business applications within the specific area of responsibility • Minimum 2 years in an IT line managerial role • 3 to 5 years experience working on and supporting Global Reference Model • Understand Retail / Digital Best Practices • Previous experience in digital area is a must • Prior exposure to a global company • Strategic thinker • Experience in Scrum / Extreme programming COMPETENCIES Interpersonal and processing skills • Excellent people management skills • Ability to deal with ambiguity in a fast moving environment • Excellent organizational skills • Solid communication and relationship management capabilities • Results oriented and innovator • Strong inter-personal skills, incl.
