For a global end client based in Belgium, Retail market, we are looking for a Senior SAP Authorizations Consultant for a 6 months contract.
Start date: January 2012 Location: Brussels, Belgium
Duration: 6 months with potential further extension The Consultant will be responsible for design, implementation, maintenance and roll-out
of authorizations and security in SAP landscapes. Mission - Participate to SAP projects to ensure proper implementation of roles and authorizations
- Build of authorization for following SAP modules: FICO, MM, WMS, etc.
- Understand how SAP roles and authorizations support the overall SAP business processes
- Make sure SAP roles and authorizations concept is well defined and stable, and initiate and coordinate potential improvement projects
- End user support on authorization issues
- Monitor security settings and SOX compliancy
Job Description - Drive workshops with the business (process owners) and business analysts to set up a SoD matrix and validation rules
- Build new authorizations for FICO, MM, WMS, etc.
- Provide second-level SAP support on SAP Authorization
- Perform Segregation of duties (SoD) check on new roles
- Advise end users on security risks within SAP
- Creation & Maintenance of procedural, technical and How-to documentation
Requirements - Knowledge of the implementation of a 2-layer SAP authorization model (single/composite roles), using SAP standard tools such as PFCG, ST01, eCatt, SU24, etc.
- Experience with the security, roles and authorization concept in SAP
- Strong understanding of the business processes supported by SAP, especially in FICO, MM, WMS
- Knowledge of the CSI-tool is a plus
- Overall IT knowledge
- Experience with providing end user support
- Strong customer service orientation/centricity
- Secure & detail minded, very rigorous approach
- Good written and oral communication
- Fluent in English (oral and written), together with strong knowledge of French and/or Dutch
- Team player
- Flexible
