They are currently looking for two Senior SAP Real Estate Consultants. 

Function:

• Translating user requirements and formalizing them into understandable specifications capable of being utilised by technical supervision and the implementer
• Implement designed solutions with the support of programmers (when in house development required)
• Coordinate with business requestors and other involved parties.
• Taking responsibility for intermediary management of a project subsystem or a small-scale project (around 2-4 people), for writing specifications on final delivery
• Assisting programmers in complex developments 

Principal responsibilities:

• Helping the project owners to define their requirements by taking part in preparing the specification
• Designing, modeling and implementing technical architecture where it involves in-house development
• Taking on integration where it involves a software package: defining configuration
• Managing analyst programmers' work where it involves in-house development
• Managing project documentation

Profile:

Mandatory:

• 4-5 year experience at least in SAP FI/CO
• 1 year experience in RE and at least one full implementation of RE
• Good understanding of Real Estates
• Business processes and cost-controlling
• SAP ECC 6
• SAP customizing modules RE/CO
• Business experience 

Preferable:

• Knowledge of purchasing processes, project
• accounting and controlling processes
• Technical experience required
• knowledge of other modules : FI / MM / SD 
• Travel flexibility
