For a global financial company based in Zurich, Switzerland, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager with experience in PeopleSoft
Offered: - A challenging role as IT Project Manager within IT Corporate Systems with end to end responsibility for a project/program delivery in a global and multicultural environment
- Complex tasks to plan, organize, control and monitor project, risks and deliveries within scope, time and budget
- Responsibility to lead and coordinate the project team
- Close collaboration with the business partners, providers, IT staff, support units, IT infrastructure departments etc
- Responsibility for the stakeholder management and establishment of the effective communication channels

Requirements: - University degree
- Minimum 2-3 years experience as Project Manager within full life cycle PeopleSoft HCM / CRM projects preferably in a global company within the financial services industry
- Proven knowledge of project management processes, methods and standards with expertise in HCM /CRM or PeopleSoft Portal systems analysis, design and implementation
- Experience in client relationship management and strong people management skills (including change management and managing distributed project teams)
- Strong organizational skills with disciplined and structured approach
- Reliable, analytical and flexible personality
- Excellent communication skills in English, German is an advantage
- Understanding of application-/software architecture is beneficial
- Certification (PMP, IPMA B/C, Prince2 or equivalent) would be a significant asset
