Our client, a top multinational software company provider of consultancy regarding business software to national and international partners, is looking for a Senior Consultant that will be located in Bucharest, Romania. Job purpose: The main purpose of the consultant will be software implementation using PQIS methodology. Key responsibilities and accountabilities: - Learn software functionality and system parameters, independently - Gain a thorough understanding of the company’s standards and how to implement them - Develop and implement relevant software (and companion products) accounting and business modules in accordance with the company’s standards and each client’s unique business requirements meeting both local and corporate requirements - Learn and employ the PQIS project methodology and documentation - Communicate any and all issues, problems and / or incomplete tasks, project status to the Services Manager in a timely fashion - Show initiative and curiosity in view of existing software, new programs developed, companion and desk top products and to learn them independently - Actively participate and contribute in consulting meetings, company meetings and meetings with clients - Prepare documentation in accordance with standards - Provide internal and external training sessions - Provide a daily account of work accomplished may it be a for a client or internal project - Provide telephone hot line support - Manage projects and clients assigned - Control difficult situations and clients ensuring that project’s success is protected in such circumstances - Participate in and contribute to building company implementation standards and procedures - Participate in sales activities and identify business development opportunities - Perform sales presentations to the existing and potential clients in English and local language - Make day to day decisions but always communicate them to the company management - Other – consulting related - tasks as assigned by Services Manager Communication, reporting and documentation requirements: - Document all consultancy activities using the companys service reports - Documentdesigned system using PQIS standard project documentation - Document all project activities using companys project timesheet - Document time ccurately in TAW, internally used PSA - Prepare a weekly report when travelling on business purpose 3 days after the trip - Prepare minutes fro m meetings with the Client - Communicate any problem issues to the Client managed in a written form Profile of Ideal candidate: - Secondary school, high school, IT profile University - Minimum 2 years experience as application consultant, project management experience is required - Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project Manager) - Knowledge Pivotal, Internet, thorough system knowledge, companion products knowledge - SQL query and technical skills is a plus - Advanced English speaker - Pro-active and self reliant - Determined and tenacious - Commercially aware - Communication skills - Willing to tavel anywhere upon the request - Leadership skills, conflict management skills - Decision making associated to projects and client accounts - Able to work both independently and in a team If interested please send your CV in editable format (word, open office) to cezar.maroti@asaprec.com Please also give me an indication of your financial expectations (annual salary).
