Job description:
The consultantis directly accountable/responsible for successful delivery of SAP Production Planning (PP) and Process Industries (PI) transformation, change management & technology initiatives. The consultant will also have direct involvement in business case development & performance measurement. It will be essential that the consultant have a deep understanding of Production Planning operations/business challenges & translate them into solutions. This individual provides hands-on leadership, direction, & mentoring to the team as well as manages client relationships

This position requires 50% travel annuallyRequired:

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 5 years experience in hands-on SAP Production Planning (PP) configuration with specialization in Process Industries
• At least 5 years experience in 5 full project lifecycle implementations with the SAP PP module
• At least 2 years experience in 2 full project lifecycle implementations as a Team Lead on SAP engagements implementing the PP module
• At least 6 months experience in managing a team of 20+ full-time employees (FTEs)
• At least 6 months experience in managing externally contracted team resources.
• At least 5 years experience in excellent client interaction, relationship building, and communication skills
• Readiness to travel 50% travel annually

Preffered:

• At least 4 years experience in 2 full project lifecycle implementations as a Team Lead on SAP engagements implementing the PP module
• At least 2 years experience in managing a team of 20+ full-time employees (FTEs)
• At least 2 years experience in managing externally contracted team resources.
• Certified in SAP PP/PI
