Work Description:- SAP Basis Engineer, providing installation, technical configuration, environment optimization and ongoing technical support for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications, CRM applications, RETAIL applications, job scheduling automation, production management and other selected utility applications.
- Perform day to day operational support and troubleshooting for several SAP R/3 systems on several technologies : NT / UNIX; Oracle / DB2
- Stabilize, optimize and tune System landscapes, support SAP specific backup solutions.
- Participate in application projects as Basis representative to ensure system stability and reliability.
- Perform system copies.
- The individual in this position will work as members of a global team that supports multiple SAP
- R/3 installations worldwide.
- This position requires some after-hours planned maintenance (also on weekends).

- SAP R/3 ECC 6.0 dual stack – Expert, Required
- SAP solution manager and CCMS – Expert, Required
- SAP S&C – Intermediate, Required
- Windows Administration – Intermediate, Required
- UNIX Administration – Intermediate, Required
- Oracle DBMS – Expert, Preferred
- DB/2 on OS 390 – Expert, Preferred
Skills:- Programming / ABAP – Intermediate, Preferred
- Programming / JAVA – Intermediate, Preferred
- Analytical thinking - Expert, Required
- Trouble Shooting – Expert, Required
- Work Global / Virtual - Expert, Required
Other:- English is a must
- On call after hours: no
- Percent Travel: 5%
