Job description- Manage users’ requirements with respect to feasibility of delivery and availability of vendor resources.
- Monitor SLAs und running contracts
- Build good working relationship with vendor, business analyst and users while delivering the required results.
- Ensure continuous improvement process.
- Ensure stable and smooth running of the day-to-day SAP operations.
Requirements- Very good knowledge of overall SAP system (ECC 6.0)
- Very good project management skills
- Strong negotiating abilities as well as analytical and creative problem solving skills
- Team player who is result driven and is able to work in a dynamic environment
- Experience in vendor management, especially with outsourcing partners based in Asia
- International project experience in multicultural teams advantageous
- Experience in the telecommunication area nice to have
- Fluent English (project language) mandatory, German nice to have
Start date: at short notice Location: Germany, Rhine-Ruhr area Duration: until end of March 2011, with option of extension
