SAP Track Lead IS-Utilities Project - Belgium/Germany/Netherlands

Roles & Responsibilities 
  • Business analysts team and Development team will be managed by a Track Lead 
  • Knowledge and proven experience on resource allocation – planning and budget controlling. 
  • Responsible for managing the resources operationally 
  • Responsible for planning and managing project operations 
  • Participates in customer calls and receives feedback 
  • Manages and mitigates project risks for his track 
  • Mentors and manages the team 
  • Provides early warning of any issues and concerns that may affect commercial/delivery implications

Relevant Experience 
  • 8+ years in IT. 
  • 4+ years experience in managing development as well as support projects in Business Intelligence 
  • Track record of successful program management in Energy and Utilities domain with ITIL processes/framework. 
Extra Technical/Functional Skills 
  • In depth domain knowledge, should have managed at least 2 SAP BOBW/BOBJ end-to-end projects in Energy and Utilties (E3 level) 
  • Should have worked for 2+ years in a SAP BW/BOBJ maintenance/support project for a European/US customer(E3 level) 
  • Should have more than 2 end to end Business Intelligence Implementation experience(E3 level) 
  • Excellent administrative capabilities(E3 level) 
Generic Managerial Skills 
  • Excellent Client facing skills & communication skill 
  • Should have good training skill 
Languages 
Good knowledge of English and fluency in one of following languages: Dutch / French / German.

Belgium/Germany/Netherlands
