Roles & Responsibilities
- The technical analyst team is responsible for monitoring of loads and their planning and scheduling.
- Provide 2nd line support for BI Incident management.
- Working closely with the infrastructure teams, coordinating their activities and perform constant follow up
- Support the developers to solve incidents
- Ability to understand the business analyst documentation and create relevant technical modules
- Knowledge and usage of Best practices on development codes, to ensure good quality outputs

Relevant Experience
- 8+ years in IT.
- 5+ years in SAP Business Intelligence projects with preferably 2+ years in SAP BI
- Version: SAP BI 7.0 & Above, Bex Analyser/Designer,
- BW Accerators, Rapid Marts for Oracle e-business suite
Extra Technical/Functional Skills
- Basic Energy and Utilities domain knowledge(E1 level)
- Basic understanding of BI solution design using SAP BW. Extensive experience on using tools like Bex Analyser, Bex Query Designer etc.(E1 level)
- Should have worked for 2+ years in a SAP BW maintenance/support project for a European/US customer(E4 level)
- Excellent SQL, Scripting language & Query tuning skills.
Generic Managerial Skills
- Excellent Client facing skills & communication skill
- Should have good training skill
Languages
Good knowledge of English and fluency in one of following languages: Dutch / French / German. Work Location
