Roles & Responsibilities
- Single Point of Contact for all requests that have an operational impact. Mainly task will be based on requests from support team and sometimes with projects also.
- Support Coordinator is responsible for 1st line support for incidents and incoming tickets..
- Responsible for the correct routing and assignment of Incidents and changes coming from the service management platform
- Managing and assigning all tasks in the BI mailbox.
- Following up of requests into the different BI teams.
- Execution of scripts (recurrent activity, completely documented that must be done in the context of the service)

- 8+ years in IT.
- 5+ years in SAP Business Intelligence projects with preferably 2+ years in SAP BI/BOBJ
- SAP BI 7.0 & Above, Bex Analyser/Designer,
- BW Accerators, Rapid Marts for Oracle e-business suite
- Version SAP BOBJ XIR2 & Above
Extra Technical/Functional Skills
- An ideal candidate would have good administrative capabilities(E2 level) with fair understanding of BI, Business and one of SAP BI 7.0/BOBJ(E1 level)
- Should have worked for 2+ years in a SAP BW/BOBJ maintenance/support project for a European/US customer(E1 level)
- Able to work and execute scripts provided by the other teams
- Proven experience in managing administration tasks.
Generic Managerial Skills
- Excellent Client facing skills & communication skill
- Should have good training skill
Languages
Good knowledge of English and fluency in one of following languages: Dutch / French / German. Work Location
