Job description: The Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) Associate Partner is directly accountable /responsible for successful selling and delivery of SAP SRM selection, planning and implementation initiatives. These activities include:
Sales: Identifying potential SAP SRM opportunities; Proposing and delivering SAP SRM engagements; Educating SAP partners on selling and leveraging SAP SRM. Experienced in harvesting, maintaining, and leveraging intellectual capital from prior engagements to support sales and delivery activities. Capable of leading Procure to Pay community / special interest group activities.
Delivery: Assessment of client legacy systems, compilation of business requirements, demonstration of SAP SRM, process reengineering for SRM work, managing implementations of SAP SRM systems;
People Management: Hiring and developing SAP SRM talent for all areas of SRM. The preferred candidate will have an understanding of Product Data Management Concepts, Product and Portfolio Management Concepts, Quality Management concepts, Product Compliance concepts, SAP SRM experience and exposure to Industrial clients. The position requires candidates to be willing to travel 100%.
Required:
• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 5 years experience in managing a team of 30+ full-time employees (FTEs)
• At least 5 years experience in managing externally contracted team resource
• At least 3 years experience in proposal development of at least 3 proposals with one having a TCV over $10m
• At least 5 years experience in experience in industry using/implementing SRM solutions
• Readiness to travel Up to 5 days a week (home on weekends-based on project requirements)
Preffered: • Master's Degree
