Job description:
Our client is seeking experienced SAP Sales and Solutions Executives. The Sales and Solutions Executive is responsible for supporting the Solutions and Sales processes associated with large scale SAP programs from Pre-Sales through to Project Launch.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing and Presenting Implementation Strategies, Instance Strategies, Timeline and Delivery Approach for SAP Programs.
- Developing and Presenting Program Estimates and Staffing Models for Global SAP Programs.
- Developing Pricing and Deal Structures for SAP Programs.
- Developing win strategies, win themes and value proposition.
- Leading Pursuits through full lifecycle Pre-Sales, Proposal Solutioning, Orals, Negotiations/SoW, Project Start-Up, Replanning.
- Must be able to learn and present client's Delivery Methodology and Tools.
- Must be able to coordinate and manage resources including SME's and Executive participation required throughout prolonged pursuit cycles.
- Must be able to juggle multiple pursuits simultaneously.
- Must be able to learn and manage internal sales processes involving coordination of reviews - SME. Risk, Pricing, Global Delivery, Global Facilitation.
- Must be able to lead customer facing workshops and orals presentations as well as internal presentations around SAP solutions.
Required:
• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 3 years experience in Program managed at least 2 engagements that included a global design and rollout
• At least 5 years experience in Directly involved in designing and implementing SAP solutions for clients across all phases of the project lifecycle (from project prep through go live and hypercare). At least 5 full-lifecycle imple
• At least 5 years experience in Developed integrated program management plans, managing deadlines and dependencies across initiatives, and coordination of project team activities
• At least 3 years experience in Responsible for all phases of program / project management including scope management, on-time, on-budget delivery and client relationship management.
• At least 5 years experience in Managed teams of 40+ FTEs, including being responsible for project staffing and performance evaluations of team leads
• At least 3 years experience in Responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities at existing clients as well as new accounts to drive incremental signings and revenue
• Readiness to travel 50% travel annually
Preffered:
• Master's Degree
• At least 5 years experience in Program managed at least 2 engagements that included a global design and rollout
