For a global end client based in Belgium, Retail market, we are looking for a SAP Security Lead.
Location: Brussels, BelgiumDuration: 1 year Daily Rate: negotiable
Objectives and key tasks - Responsible for overall leadership for SAP Security activities and all authorizations deliverables for a program or large project
- Work with security resources to drive all deliverables to completion
- Perform SAP security audits and assessments to identify weaknesses and risk
- Deliver expert advice on complex security issues
- Design, implement and monitor SAP Authorizations Concepts
- Establish SAP Security Frameworks (SoX, SoD…)
- Ensure sustainable SAP Access management
- Ability to write and analyze security reports across a broad audience
- Serve as the single point of contact for security for the SAP Retail Programme
- Adhere to the company’s policies while adapting to the business environment
General skills- At least 5 years of experience and knowledge in SAP authorizations.
- International implementation experience, in multi-country roll-outs, based on global template.
- Communication skills: regular contact to be established with others inside and outside the organization including co-workers, external, and internal customers.
- Strong decision making skills and ability to use discretion.
- Requires strong analytical skills and creativity.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Team player and be able to mentor & motivate a team
- Comfortable & able to handle projects with ambiguous requirements
Technical/Functional expertise Expert/strong knowledge of following areas is essential: - SAP Security administration experience working on different SAP systems such as SAP ECC, IS-Retail, SCM, Solution Manager, BW, backed by functional knowledge
- Experience with SAP‘s role-based security concepts and the Profile Generator
- Experience with Solution Manager and Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC)
- Set up, maintenance and use of Central User Administration (CUA)
- Experience with SAP transaction auditing
