Job description:
Our client is currently looking for an SAP Real Property SME consultant. The consultant will have a minimum of three years experience in the configuration of SAP Real Estate module including the integration to AA, HR, MM, PM, CO, PS, and FI/FM modules in an IS-PS environment. Experienced in the acquisition, management and disposal of real estate including space management, contracts, rents, building operations, capital improvements, portfolio, commercial, and corporate real estate management will be ideal. Experience in integrating SAP with Maximo will be a plus. Minimum one year experience in leading a Real Estate team and at least two full lifecycle implementation of SAP is required. Must be familiar with package implementation methodology and toolset usage for Requirements gathering, Functional Design development, Configuration and Testing.
The preferred candidate would have Project Systems (PS), Plant Maintenance (PM) and/or Asset Management (AM) experience.

Required:
• High School Diploma/GED
• At least 2 years experience in SAP Project Systems (PS), Plant Maintenance (PM) and/or Asset Management (AM) experience.
• At least 1 year experience in Experience with SAP Real Estate Module
• Basic knowledge in Consulting Experience with Public Sector
• Readiness to travel 75% travel annually
Preffered:
• Bachelor's Degre
• At least 5 years experience in SAP Project Systems (PS), Plant Maintenance (PM) and/or Asset Management (AM) experience.
• At least 3 years experience in Experience with SAP Real Estate Module
• At least 3 years experience in Consulting Experience with Public Sector
