SAP QM Consultant - Austria

For our client, a global IT and Consulting services company, we are looking for a SAP QM Consultant for a contract position.

Location: Austria
Duration: 3 months

General Requirements: 
- Ability to fully map functional requirements and integrate them into the final solution keeping in mind product functional and technical capabilities for very large and complex projects.
- Ability to train advanced users, design, develop and troubleshoot complex landscapes.
- Has experience across implementation, support, upgrade, migration and consolidation projects and methodologies for planning and execution of the same.
- Is fully conversant with other functional areas and business domains.
- Ability to develop integrated solutions. Ability torelate to other tech and functional solutions in place in the customer and SAP's place among them.
- Able to review and add value to integrated solution recommendations from company and customer teams.
- Established thought leadership in peer and industry fora.

Specific Requirements: 
- Should have more than 6 years of SAP experience in the core module of specialization and 5 - 8 years of domain experience.
- Must have good knowledge of QM submodules, and core processes in MM, SD and Production planning. 
- Should be able to design end to end supply chain processes, conduct due diligence and high end consulting assignments besides working as solution owner during proposals.
- Ability to read through the customer business processes and simultaneously formulating the adoption of the best business practices in meeting the foreseeable challenges.
- Ability to review, validate the right set of questions.
- Create solution workshops with senior business managers, review validate solution proposals and estimates, rendering advice on best business practices and getting the buy in to adopt these practices.
- Ability to create solution road maps integrating multiple disparate processes.
- Ability to present and get the buy in for the solution from senior managers and the CXO levels. Implement the solution by leading the team.
- In addition to leveraging the standard processes, come out with innovative solutions and timely execution of the project within the agreed time lines and the cost.
- Ability to lead a team and participate in presales activity and ability to give suggestions on areas of improvements.
- Knowledge of the quality processes and adopted quality standards in projects. Knowledge of the recognized quality tools. Participate in Quality Improvement meetings.
