SAP Operations Manager IS-Utilities Project - Belgium/Germany/Netherlands

Roles & Responsibilities 
  • Support Coordination and Technical analysts team will be managed by an operation manager 
  • Responsible for planning and managing project operations 
  • Participates in customer calls and receives feedback 
  • Manages and mitigates project risks 
  • Mentors and manages the team 
  • Provides early warning of any issues and concerns that may affect commercial/delivery implications 
  • Responsible for managing the resources operationally (tasks assignment)

Relevant Experience
  • 8+ years in IT. 
  • 4+ years experience in managing development as well as support projects in Business Intelligence 
  • Track record of successful program management in Energy and Utilities domain with ITIL processes/framework. 

Extra Technical/Functional Skills 
  • An ideal candidate would have excellent administrative capabilities(E4 Level), 
  • Good technical knowledge on SAP BI 7.0/BOBJ, BI concepts(E3 level) 
  • Basic Energy and Utilities domain knowledge(E1 level) 
  • Should have worked for 2+ years in a SAP BW/BOBJ maintenance/support project for a European/US customer 
  • Excellent SQL, Scripting language & Query tuning skills. 

Generic Managerial Skills 
  • Excellent Client facing skills & communication skill 
  • Should have good training skill 

Languages 
Good knowledge of English and fluency in one of following languages: Dutch / French / German.

Belgium/Germany/Netherlands
