Job description:
The SAP Make to Ship Team Lead is responsible for successful delivery of SAP PP module technology/process deliverables. The consultant is experienced in production planning processes/operations as well as technology design, build, test & deployment efforts for various tools/technologies. The consultant will be involved in improving operational metrics, business case development & performance measurement. The consultant will provide technical knowledge & manage client relationships within context of individual role.

Preferred candidates will have hands-on experience with Production Planning (PP), Materials Management (MM), Materials Requirement Planning (MRP)/Shop Floor, and Discrete Manufacturing. Candidate will have integration experience with some or all of the following: Advanced Planner and Optimizer (APO), Materials Management (MM), Quality Management (QM), and Warehouse Management (WM). Candidate will have SAP certification, and Team Lead experience with at least 5 consultants from blueprint to design, requirements gathering, analysis, implementation, configuration, customization, integration, gap analysis and testing. Preferred candidate will also have integration with MES.

Required:
• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 5 years experience in multiple, full life cycle, complex SAP PP implementation experience using ASAP Methodology
• At least 1 year experience in working on 1-2 full life cycle, complex SAP PP implementations as Team Lead for 5-10 resources
• At least 1 year experience in Project management skills including scope, issue and risk management
• At least 5 years experience in consulting and business experience in a manufacturing environment
• Readiness to travel up to 50%; travelling 3-4 days a week, home on weekends
Preffered:
• At least 3 years experience in working on 1-2 full life cycle, complex SAP PP implementations as Team Lead for 5-10 resources
• At least 3 years experience in Project management skills including scope, issue and risk management
• Certified in SAP
