Role: SAP ISU Billing
Duration: 3 months
Description 
· Execute business process analysis
· Bring a strong expertise on Utility Billing functional processes in SAP ISU
· Execute system configuration, documentation, functional specifications and unit testing on ISU Billing processes
· Lead blue print workshops
· Involved in integration testing
· Realize Bug fixing during integration testing
· Support the training team with functional content
· Would have to speak French
· Hands on in SAP ISU Billing processes knowledge and Device management will be a plus
· Have been involved in one or multiple SAP ISU / CRM implementation as ISU Billing team lead
· Knowing ECC6 or CRM 7.0 will be a plus

Role: SAP ISU Device Management
Duration: 3 months
Description 
· Execute business process analysis
· Bring a strong expertise on Utility Device Management and metering functional processes in SAP ISU
· Execute system configuration, documentation, functional specifications and unit testing on ISU DM and Metering processes
· Lead blue print workshops
· Involved in integration testing
· Realize Bug fixing during integration testing
· Support the training team with functional content
· Would have to speak French
· Hands on in SAP ISU Device Management and metering processes Knowledge of ISU billing processes will be a plus
· Have been involved in one or multiple SAP ISU / CRM implementation as ISU Billing team lead
· Knowing ECC6 or CRM 7.0 will be a plus

Role: SAP ISU Billing lead
Duration: 3 months
Description 
· Report to the solution lead the stream progress, any risks and scope changes
· Realize business process alignment and fit gap analysis with the SAP Solution
· Manage Team coordination (client and Capgemini)
· Plan the team activities
· Check and certify the quality of the deliverable
· Involve in integration meetings
· Involve in integration testing phase
· Involve in the cut-over process
· 10 years of experience in SAP ISU with a 3 years experience minimum in SAP ISU Billing
· Would have to speak French
· Hands on in SAP ISU Billing and Device Management processes
· Have been involved in one or multiple SAP ISU / CRM implementation as ISU Billing team lead
· Knowledge in EMMA / BPEM will be a plus
· Knowing ECC6 or CRM 7.0 will be a plus
