Level: Senior Nr of open positions: 10 Language skills: French or Dutch Contract duration: 12 months Starting date: immediately Working location: Brussels Area of work: SAP HR Project Responsibilities: - Person will work within the ERP team as a technical analyst/developer and will work closely with functional teams on projects, enhancements & third line support within specific SAP HR domains
- Create technical analysis based on functional specifications and propose suitable technical solutions
- Estimate and plan required implementation effort
- Implement/develop technical solution
- Assure high quality developments (in standard – high performance)
- Set-up correct unit test cases
- Treat third line helpdesk tickets
Required experience:- At least 5 years of experience as a SAP HR developer
- Extensive technical experience in SAP ERP HCM 6.0
- Abap / Abap OO / BAPI
- Interfacing by ALE / Idocs
- LSMW Upload/download HR data
- SAP Workflows
- HR Webservices
- User Exits / Business Add-ins
- Screen Painting
- ALV List
- Portal development: BSP / Webdynpro for ABAP / Webdynpro for Java
- Forms: Smartforms / Adobe interactive/request based forms
- Extensive functional knowledge in the following HR modules:
- Personnel Administration
- Organisational Management
- Time Management
- Basics of Belgian Payroll
- Talent Management (Learning Solution, Competence Management, Objective Setting and Appraisal, e-Recruiting)
- ESS/MSS
Other requirements:
- Pro-active attitude and able to operate independently
- Team player with good communication skills
- Flexibility in work schedule and execution of tasks
- Able to manage various tasks simultaneously
