SAP Business Analyst IS-Utilities Project - Belgium/Germany/Netherlands

Roles & Responsibilities 
  • Provide Level 3 support for incident management. 
  • Performing Level 3 support for incident management. 
  • Ensuring smooth transition from Projects to Support team. 
  • Training team from operations on support of new designs. 
  • Release management for BI applications

Relevant Experience
  • 8+ years in IT. 
  • Proven track record of performing Business Analysis team for at least 4+ projects with at least 2 projects within Energy and Utilities domain 

Extra Technical/Functional Skills 
  • Expertise in BI concept like processing type (OLAP, MOLAP, ROLAP), data mining, predictive analysis, balance score card & dashboard concepts(E4 level) 
  • Excellent domain knowledge in Energy and Gas Distribution(E3 level) 
  • Basic understanding of SAP BI and BOBJ Techology (E1 level) 
  • Understand and document customer needs which can be understood by both business as well as the technical team 

Generic Managerial Skills 
  • Excellent Client facing skills & communication skill 
  • Should have good training skill 

Languages 
Good knowledge of English and fluency in one of following languages: Dutch / French / German.

Belgium/Germany/Netherlands
