The Managed Services Solution Architect will be required to contribute to coaching conversations and develop individual sales plans for the existing sales forces. The individual works with local Sales Managers, Service Managers, non-Managed Services Solution Architects and the sales force, to qualify and close, Managed Service opportunities with our clients. To accomplish this, the Solution Architects must understand a client's overall business and apply technical concepts effectively to help them achieve their goals. As a key technical resource for the Sales and Services Team, the Solution Architects must clearly understand Managed Services offerings and contract based annuity business. The Solution Architects will develop technical strategies and architectures for new services, participates in sales presentations and identify additional product/services opportunities in the customer*s organization. As such the Solution Architect is viewed by customers and peers as a technology leader in our Managed Services practice.
