$80-130k/yr base salary plus free coffee, performance incentives, and the possibility of future equity accrual.

They are looking for a new hands-on co-lead developer to drive new large-scale initiatives, develop & execute future technology strategy, and become a key member of their management team going forward. 

REQUIRED SKILLS 
-Love to write code! 
-Expert Cake PHP or other framework 
-Solid MySQL 
-Strong cross-browser, hand-coded HTML, CSS, Ajax, JQUERY and Javascript 
-Experience as LEAD developer 
-Degree in Computer Science or enough experience that we can't tell the difference 
-REST API development
