- Project Management skills as enumerated by PMI PMBOK.
- BA Skills as enumerated by IIBA BABOK
- Agile Methodology skills is a must and able to adapt to “change driven plans” very quickly
- Exposure to plan driven methodologies such as Waterfall software development methods and business process re-engineering initiatives
- Usability Engineering (the vendor must demonstrate prior Usability Engineering experience)
