Mandatory Technical Core Skills
  • C++ Programming
  • Object Oriented Programming (OOP) and Object Oriented Development (OOD)
  • Java Programming (Core Java, I/O, Networking packages)
  • Java J2EE Technology (jQuery, AJAX, web container, SpringMVC, jQuery toolkit, and other toolkits, Tomcat and/or Glassfish experience)
  • Security (https, digital certificate, encryption algorithms)
  • Siteminder SSO integration
  • SQL/MySQL and DB2
  • Data Modeling and Data Security
  • Hibernate/HSQL
  • HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • XML, XSLT
  • OpenSource Technologies
Technical Essential Skills
  • JMS
  • Email (POP/SMTP, IMAP/WebMail a plus)
  • SMS gateway
  • XMPP protocol/Smack API
  • TCP/IP, FTP
Process and Business Skills
  • Project Management skills as enumerated by PMI PMBOK.
  • BA Skills as enumerated by IIBA BABOK
  • Agile Methodology skills is a must and able to adapt to “change driven plans” very quickly
  • Exposure to plan driven methodologies such as Waterfall software development methods and business process re-engineering initiatives
  • Usability Engineering (the vendor must demonstrate prior Usability Engineering experience)
  • Business Process Management
  • Incident Management

Operational Skills
  • Networking, privacy, policy, security
Must have Core Competency Skills
  • Software Development in a Finance Area (highly preferred), and able to understand basic Finance and Marketing Terminologies and business knowledge
  • Analytical Thinking and Problem Solving and Learning skills
  • Highly customer-centric with strong Ethics and Trustworthiness
  • Very strong communication skills (Oral, Written and Teaching)
  • Microsoft Office experience with strong skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Adobe Acrobat experience
