IT Purchase Sales and Logistics Assistant

Our client, a leading IT services, system integrator and software Development Company, operating today in over 30 countries and based in Geneva (HQ) and Singapore, is looking for a Purchase Sales and Logistics Assistant.


The person we are looking for will work on the following missions:

  • Manage the commercial part of the job: from offers to orders
  • Execute the complete process of purchase and delivery in Switzerland and internationally
  • Execute the invoicing and check payments concerning the Group's and customers' orders

As team member of the Purchase Sales and Logistics business unit you will also be involved in all the general and varied missions of this department.


This position would ideally suit a young and dynamic person who already had a first successful experience and who is willing to work in an international and stimulating environment.

  • Business CFC
  • 2 years work experience in a similar position, in SMB
  • Autonomous, proactive and able to work under pressure
  • Good understanding of computer science issues
  • Good accounting knowledge
  • Excellent informatics’ skills : Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Perfect command of French and English both oral and written (German a plus)
  • Swiss or European nationalityor B,C or G permit
