For a customer, located in Nijmegen (Netherlands) we are looking for Italian/Spanish speaking Customer Service Representatives. It’s a worldwide food production company located with a production facility (plant) near Nijmegen. The Headquarter is in the U.S. and the European Headquarter in Amsterdam. In total they have 7 plants worldwide. The reason of the search is that Customer Service from Europe is going to be centralized to the production plant in Nijmegen. Key Performance Areas: · One stop shop contact for all inquiries from European customers. · Swift and accurate processing of customer orders. · Resolve all kind of orders issues. · Complaint and return processing. · Proactive communication with the 3rd party logistics supplier. · Liaison with Finance, QA and the planning team. · Make day, week and month reports.
Qualifications and Experience: · Secondary vocational or Bachelor degree. · 2-3 years of experience in Customer Service and Distribution role in an international environment. · Excellent communication skills in French or Italian or Spanish, with English or Dutch as a second language. · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong working relationships with external and internal customers throughout the organization. · Pro active, diplomatic and solution oriented in solving potential delivery issues. · Ability to manage customer expectations is such a way that our customers perceive our service to be “best in industry”. · Knowledge of Order to Cash and CRM processes. · Ability to enter high volume of orders accurately and quickly. · Excellent computer skills, experience with ERP/CRM systems (SAP).
